DESTER® is a non-absorbable, braided polyester suture crafted from high-quality polyethylene terephthalate, engineered for exceptional strength, flexibility, and long-term tissue support. Its superior handling characteristics, excellent knot security, and minimal tissue reactivity make it ideal for demanding surgical procedures, including cardiovascular, ophthalmic, neurological, and orthopedic surgeries. Indications
DESTER is indicated for general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including use in cardiovascular, vascular, ophthalmic, neurological, orthopedic, and plastic surgery procedures. Its durability and flexibility make it a preferred choice for valve replacements, vessel anastomosis, and other critical applications requiring reliable, long-lasting support.
Storage
Recommended storage conditions below 25⁰C, away from moisture and direct heat. Do not use after the expiry date. Shelf life: 5 years from the date of manufacturing.
