Tensile Strength

DECLON suture offers outstanding initial tensile strength, maintaining its integrity over time with only gradual loss due to hydrolytic degradation. As a non-absorbable suture, DECLON provides long-term support for tissue approximation and can be removed when healing is sufficient, or left in place as required.

Indications

DECLON suture is indicated for general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including use in cardiovascular, ophthalmic, neurological, microsurgical, and plastic or reconstructive procedures where non-absorbable support is preferred.

Storage

Recommended storage conditions below 25⁰C, away from moisture and direct heat. Do not use after the expiry date. Shelf life: 5 years from the date of manufacturing.

Action
